The quality left me speechless. There were no problems with the bolts, nuts, packaging, shipping, or communication with the seller. The cushions are all still vacuum sealed, but some appear to be thicker and more comfortable. Each hole was properly aligned, and there were no issues when tightening everything down. The adjustable feet were my favorite aspect during assembly. As we begin using the furniture, I will provide additional feedback. Although the layout I selected was not shown in the seller's photos, it made sense for us to include drink holders for our friends given the size of the 12 piece set.
So far, I am extremely impressed with this. It took approximately 5 hours in total to assemble, not due to difficulty but simply requiring patience because there were numerous pieces. The manufacturer invested a great deal of effort into providing abundant details, such as clearly labeling all items and including numerous extra pieces as a precaution. This set arrived in 5 separate boxes and we are thoroughly enjoying it thus far.
We loved our initial purchase so much that we decided to buy a second one just like it. The set is a high-quality, durable product. When we had a question, the customer service was excellent with its quick, friendly response.
Although I had doubts about buying this extensive collection without inspecting it firsthand, I took the plunge and made the purchase, and I am thrilled with it. The cushions' color is vibrant and they are incredibly comfortable. Assembly took a while, but the end result is definitely worth it! I highly recommend this set, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
Putting together this furniture was a lengthy process for me, totaling about 10 hours. The reason for this was that I tackled the task solo due to my arthritis condition, needing to take frequent breaks. Despite these challenges, I found the assembly to be relatively straightforward. Now, we have a fantastic outdoor living space to enjoy! Throughout the process, I had to reach out to the seller twice - once to inquire about the tracking of the fire table and another time to request replacement hardware for the wind guard. On both occasions, the seller responded promptly and offered valuable assistance. For those who may be hesitant about investing in this furniture set, rest assured that it is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!
